At Westhills Manor we take huge pride in making every bride's wedding dream a success! Multiple planning and coordination sessions are held to go over details and plans to ensure no detail, no matter how small, is overlooked!

Westhills Manor is a one of a kind venue. We strive to provide an exceptionally eco friendly event where everything used is either compostable, recyclable, or compostable. Compostable plates (made of bamboo that resemble rustic wood) and utensils are provided for full package events.

What makes WEsthills Manor Different from other venues?

  1. Up to 5 hours of DJ service included in your full service package price! An hourly fee will be added after 5 hours.

  2. Bride and bridal party bouquets and *centerpiece flowers are included in the full service package price! All flowers are grown on property and subject to seasonal availability. Check out our cut flower options!

  3. Super budget friendly! We strive to include as much in our venue fee as possible to help reduce your overall wedding cost. Brides will find that we cost nearly half as much as other similar venues and we provide twice as much!

  4. Wedding consultations, event set-up, and clean-up are all included in our full service package at no additional cost!

  5. Unlike other venues, Westhills Manor aims to provide much of the country, rustic, and/ or bohemian chic décor. We are always purchasing more décor items and if you purchase it, we may just buy it from you to use in future weddings!

2020 Package Prices

Our goal is to make weddings affordable for all couples! To ensure we are able to provide the best possible pricing, we base prices on several variables - day of the week, number of guests, and package inclusions. Since full packages include all flowers/ centerpieces, setup and site clean up smaller events require less preparation and staff and as a result save you money. If a larger event is what you are aiming for, when have packages for those too! For those on a very tight budget with great friends and family that are ready to help, the Brass (DIY) package is perfect for you! Whatever your budget need, there is a price point to fit!

The BRASS Wedding Package is perfect for the ultimate DIY couple looking for that super budget friendly option.  

  • $5,500 – Saturday

  • $4,500 – Sunday

The Brass package includes:

  • 12-hour venue rental for up to 150 guests

  • 8’ banquet tables (up to 21) and wooden mismatched chairs (up to 150)

  • Access to large selection of décor options (i.e., lanterns, wood rounds, burlap runners, drink dispensers, battery candles, shepherd hooks, mason jars, etc.)

  • Ivory table linens for guest tables and black table linens for beverage and caterer tables

  • Outdoor Ceremony site and outdoor reception tent space

  • LED tent lighting (installed by Westhills Manor staff)

  • 16’ x 16’ dance floor

  • Luxury restroom trailer

  • Bar service by licensed Bartenders is required if alcohol will be present

Important: A $1,250 security deposit will be required to ensure all décor and linens are returned without damages. Missing or damaged items will result in loss of some or all of security deposit as necessary to replace items.

If you are just looking for a beautiful place to say "I do" without all of the fuss and stress of planning an event, then this is the perfect option!

package includes:

  • 4-hour venue rental

  • Permitted use of the BBQ grill (gas and charcoal)

  • Access to large selection of décor options (i.e., lanterns, wood rounds, burlap runners, drink dispensers, battery candles, shepherd hooks, mason jars, etc.)

  • Ivory table linens for guest tables and black table linens for beverage and caterer tables

  • 8’ banquet tables (up to 21) and wooden mismatched chairs (up to 150)

  • Outdoor Ceremony and reception site (tent is only available if it is currently set up)

  • Luxury restroom trailer

  • 16’ x 16’ dance floor

This event can be booked with only a 48-hour reservation.

  • Event Coordination, setup/ cleanup - Relax and leave the event coordination, planning, set-up, and clean-up to our team of trained staff. We will take care of everything so you do not have to worry about a thing.

  • Event Set-up – relax and focus on your bridal experience without the stress of event set-up. Set-up includes set-up of tables and chairs, linens, décor, caterer, beverage, and cake tables. Set-up of ceremony site to include positioning of chairs, flowers, and décor.

  • Event Clean-up – Don’t stress after your event, leave the clean-up to us. Staff will breakdown all tables, chairs, remove and clean linens, collect and put away all used décor, remove trash, recycling, and compost.

  • Event Coordination -  Leave the event planning to us, we can coordinate all of the details needed for your event to run smoothly such as schedule of events, table layout for reception, décor plans, and music selection. Includes two 1.5-hour planning sessions.

  • Cake cutting service – After your formal cake cutting ceremony it’s time to slice and serve cake to your guests. Our trained staff can quickly slice, plate and serve cake to your guests allowing for a stress free time for you and your guests.

  • Officiant – Not sure where to find an officiant? Don’t fret! We have you covered! We have an ordained minister on staff to officiate your wedding. Officiant services include – rehearsal run through, 1-hour consultation to create the perfect custom wedding day vows, and wedding day officiating.

  • Rehearsal Dinner rental and coordination – Host your rehearsal dinner here at the Manor, make use of the BBQ grill and venue space prior to your event (only available Monday – Thursday). Staff can also assist with the ceremony rehearsal coordination and walk-through with your selected music. Space rental is for 2 hours with 30-minutes staff ceremony coordination.

  • Luxurious Arbor Flower wrap -  An bold and elegant flower arrangement that can cross the front of the ceremony Arbor or be broken into 2 - 3 large free floating arrangements on the Arbor. Floral arrangements are custom made to your events color and floral choices.

  • Large Barrel Floral Arrangement – Make a ceremony entrance with large floral arrangements situated a top old wine barrels. After the ceremony, the barrels and arrangements can be moved to the entrance of the reception tent. Floral arrangements are custom made to your events color and floral choices.
